RETURN OF GOODS – STEP BY STEP

All our products can be returned within 21 days.

1. Write to us at shop@whitepocket.pl and inform about your decision to return the goods. You can use the Returns form available in our Terms and Conditions. We listen to our clients, and would be grateful if you could tell why you wish to return our product.

2. Pack the product and send it along with the original or a copy of the receipt (or invoice) to the following address: White Pocket Romualda Kowalska ul. Jar Radunia 19, Juszkowo 83-000, with a note „Return”

3. If possible, please ensure that the product is in its original packaging.

4. The cost of returning the goods is not refundable.

5. We will process the refund within 14 days from the date of the receipt of the product.

6. The refund is made: by bank transfer to the account indicated in the e-mail informing about the intention to return (applies to orders placed with payment upon delivery) or automatically to the account number / card from which the payment was made (applies to orders with online payment) )

7. Due to the security of the shipment and the speed of delivery, we recommend sending the goods by courier or using the recorded delivery option.


COMPLAINTS – STEP BY STEP

All products purchased in the store are entitled to the warranty for the goods with the period of 2 years from the date of purchase in accordance with the polish law Act: Ustawa z dnia 27 lipca 2002 r. o szczególnychwarunkach sprzedaży konsumenckiej oraz o zmianie Kodeksu cywilnego (Dz.U. z 2002 r. Nr 141 z późn. zm.).

2. Send the faulty product together with the description to the following address: White Pocket Romualda Kowalska ul. Jar Radunia 19, Juszkowo 83-000, with the note „Complaint”

3. Warranty claims are processed within 14 days from the date of receipt of the faulty product.

4. In the case of a accepted claim, the faulty product will be repaired or replaced with another one, and if it is not possible (eg. no longer in stock) – we will offer a refund the equivalent of the product price paid by you.

5. The cost of shipping of the faulty product to us is covered by claimant
